Ladies what are your thoughts?  Some of them men go overboard with the reviews and personal request.

Just a hint lady.  Before you decide to see someone from TER, check their reviews.  If it looks like this:

I highly suggest you not seeing them.   Some Reviewers just either review everyone low and can cause your rating to go down.  Right now, TER is one of the only places where people love to use to verify others.  Its exploitation is horrendous.  As much as many hate it, others love it and need it at the same time for their work.

Hey. I’ve seen you post a lot and I was wondering if you could advise newbies like me on how to effectively use TER. I’m newly independent and am just not catching the gist of it.

As a new person, you should just tell all your clients to start reviewing you on TER.  Most of them already have TER.  Just ask the ones that will give you the best reviews.  I am not sure.  Once you get a TER number and have it on your website, you can start post on ad boards. I think you can post without even having reviews.  But, you definitely need it on your website.
